Important Notes

1. Logistics are quoted separately

Logistics, transportation, setup, dismantling, and venue-related requirements will be quoted separately based on event location and technical requirements.

2. Use of client’s own logistics

Clients may appoint their own logistics vendor subject to prior approval. If third-party logistics are used, the client will be responsible for any damage caused during transportation, loading, unloading, setup, or dismantling. Additional insurance and handling terms may apply.

3. Recommended logistics vendor

For safety and operational reasons, we strongly recommend using our appointed logistics partners who are experienced in handling the tank and related equipment.

4. Water, electricity and venue requirements

Client is responsible for ensuring suitable venue access, water supply, drainage, electricity, floor loading, and any required venue approvals.

Liquid Muse Terms & Conditions

A. Quotation & Pricing
All prices are subject to fi nal quotation based on event scope, venue requirements, event duration, technical needs, manpower, logistics, and selected add-ons. Prices stated in the rate card are for reference only unless otherwise confi rmed in writing.

B. Booking Confirmation
Booking is only confi rmed upon written acceptance of quotation and receipt of the required deposit or full payment, depending on the package and event timeline.

C. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance payment must be made before the event date, according to the agreed payment schedule. For urgent or last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upon confi rmation.

D. Cancellation & Postponement
Cancellation or postponement requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period, confi rmed vendors, production work, logistics arrangements, and manpower already committed.

E. Venue Requirements
Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has suitable access, suffi cient fl oor loading capacity, water supply, drainage, electricity, loading/unloading facilities, and all necessary venue approvals.

F. Site Assessment
A technical site assessment may be required before confi rmation. If the venue is found unsuitable after assessment, alternative arrangements, additional charges, or cancellation terms may apply.

G. Logistics & Third-party Vendor Responsibility
We strongly recommend using our appointed logistics partners for tank transportation and setup. If the client appoints their own logistics or handling vendor, prior approval is required. The client shall be responsible for any damage, delay, loss, or operational issue caused by client-appointed vendors.

H. Damage & Liability
Any damage to the tank, equipment, props, technical items, or event materials caused by the client, venue, guests, or client-appointed vendors will be charged to the client based on repair or replacement cost.

I. Insurance
Insurance requirements will be reviewed based on event scope, venue conditions, and logistics arrangements. Additional insurance may be required for large-scale events, outdoor setups, high-risk venues, or client-appointed logistics vendors.

J. Weather Conditions — Outdoor Events
For outdoor or semi-outdoor events, the client must provide suitable weather protection, ground protection, and contingency plans. Additional charges may apply for weather-related delays, rescheduling, or additional manpower.

K. Safety & Operation
For safety reasons, only authorised personnel may operate, move, adjust, or dismantle the tank and related equipment. Unauthorised handling is strictly prohibited.

L. Performer & Entertainment
Requirements Performance schedules, rehearsal requirements, safety arrangements, changing area, holding area, and performer access must be confi rmed before the event. Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time or schedule changes.
